Expo City Dubai Launches Expo Valley Views, Expanding Its Sustainable Living Portfolio

Expo City Dubai has unveiled Expo Valley Views, a new sustainable residential community within the Expo Valley district. The development features one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments across eight low-rise buildings designed to blend with the natural landscape.

The community offers water features, green spaces and wellness-focused amenities, including pools, yoga decks, fitness studios, children’s play areas and community cafés. Designed as a walkable and shaded neighbourhood, it aligns with Expo City’s commitment to wellbeing and environmental stewardship.

Ahmed Al Khatib, Chief Development and Delivery Officer, said the strong demand for existing communities reflects confidence in Expo City’s growth, supported by its strategic position near Al Maktoum International Airport and the expanding Dubai Exhibition Centre.

Expo Valley Views supports major national sustainability initiatives and contributes to Expo City Dubai’s wider residential expansion, which will eventually accommodate 35,000 residents.
