Here’s a look at the malls set to transform Dubai in the coming years.
List of All New Malls Coming to Dubai
1) Dubai Square
A massive “indoor city” in Dubai Creek Harbour spanning 2.6 million sqm.
Features: cutting-edge tech, electric car-friendly streets, connection to Dubai Creek Tower.
Opening: 2028.
2) Ghaf Woods Mall
A nature-integrated mall within Majid Al Futtaim’s Ghaf Woods community.
Features: forest-inspired design, retail, leisure and dining.
Launched: October 2024.
3) Sobha Mall
A Dhs210 million luxury mall in Sobha Hartland.
Features: supermarket, gym, play courts, soft play zone, 35 retail outlets and 10+ dining options.
Completion: Late 2026.
4) Liwan Mall
A luxury retail and dining destination in Wadi Al Safa 2.
Features: luxury shops, cafés, green spaces, pool, Spanish-inspired architecture.
Opening: H2 2026.
5) Villa Square
Located in Wadi Al Safa 5 with a focus on natural light and indoor-outdoor flow.
Features: retail, family dining, wellness zones, landscaped areas.
Completion: Q3 2026.
6) South Bay Mall
A major new retail hub in Dubai South with lagoon views.
Features: 60 retail units, two major stores, premium food hall, outdoor leisure, gym, spa and clinic.
