Shahrukhz by Danube Launches in Dubai, With Global Expansion Planned.

Danube Properties has introduced Shahrukhz by Danube, a 55-storey commercial tower in Dubai named after Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan. The developer plans to extend the concept globally, with upcoming towers proposed for New York, London, Delhi and Mumbai. Slated for completion in 2029, the Dubai tower will offer over 1 million sq ft of A-grade commercial space, priced from ₹4 crore.

Buyers will benefit from Danube’s 1% monthly payment plan and eligibility for a 10-year Golden Visa. Commercial units will range from 460 sq ft to 11,000 sq ft, supported by more than 40 amenities such as a sky pool, helipad, valet services and exclusive business lounges. A statue of Shah Rukh Khan in his signature pose will stand at the tower’s entrance.

Danube Group chairman Rizwan Sajan said the project reflects both his journey and the star’s global influence, noting strong demand from Indian buyers. Shah Rukh Khan, who owns a luxury villa in Palm Jumeirah, described the honour as “humbling” and expressed his connection to Dubai as a city of ambition and possibility.
